Marc was very instrumental in showing me a copious amount of homes in my target areas and price range. I must say, at no time did I feel pressured to make a decision. Marc was very helpful in observing potential "money pits" and problematic issues in many older homes as well as newer constructions. He truly has the patience of Job and is a pleasure to be around.
